Overview
BEST JV is an unincorporated joint venture between Australian company Thiess Pty Ltd and Belgian company BESIX SA. The BEST JV represents a new specialist marine capability supporting the booming LNG sector and the wider resource industry.
Wheatstone Scope of Work
BEST JV is responsible for the design and construction of the Wheatstone Project’s breakwater and Material Offloading Facility (MOF). The breakwater protects the MOF and tug berths. The MOF includes roll-on/roll-off ramps, berthing and mooring systems, fendering, cathodic protection, navigation aids and utilities.
